Fee Structure
All fees charged by Centurion Global Capital LLC are:
- Fixed and pre-agreed in writing before any engagement begins
- Non-contingent — not indexed to, computed as a percentage of, or triggered by capital raised
- Not tied to transaction outcomes of any kind
- Non-refundable once a review or engagement has commenced
Edward Gleason — CPA & Series 65
Edward Gleason holds an individual CPA license and a Series 65 license. These licenses are held in his individual or separate registered capacity outside of Centurion Global Capital LLC. CGC is not a licensed CPA firm. Services provided through CGC do not constitute CPA services or investment advisory services regulated under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
What CGC Does

- Financial model review and documentation quality evaluation
- Capital structure analysis against institutional benchmark standards
- Sponsor credibility and risk identification assessments
