Centurion Global Capital operates as a strategic, advisory-only firm focused on preparing sponsors and transactions to meet the expectations of private capital providers. Our approach is disciplined, institutionally aligned, and grounded in how professional capital allocators evaluate risk, structure, and readiness.
We do not raise capital, solicit investors, or negotiate transaction terms. Instead, we help sponsors engage capital conversations prepared, credible, and properly positioned.
Our advisory work is guided by the same analytical standards applied by family offices, private equity groups, and institutional credit providers when assessing opportunities. Each project is reviewed through a buy-side lens before any capital engagement occurs.
CGC differentiates clearly between capital readiness and capital raising. Capital readiness focuses on whether a project is properly structured, documented, and aligned to withstand institutional review. Capital raising involves distribution, solicitation, and transaction execution. CGC’s role is strictly the former.
By addressing readiness first, sponsors reduce the risk of premature outreach, misaligned engagement, and stalled diligence processes.
Our approach reflects experience informed by buy-side M&A evaluation, private equity underwriting practices, and institutional transaction analysis — applied regardless of capital size.
