Our Advisory
Process.
Centurion Global Capital provides structured capital readiness and strategic advisory services for project sponsors preparing for institutional engagement. Our process is designed to strengthen financial preparation, documentation quality, and diligence readiness.
Engagements begin at the institutional level.
“CGC works best with sponsors who approach the process with clarity, preparation, and alignment.”Before beginning any engagement, sponsors should be prepared to operate at an institutional level. The advisory process is structured around five baseline expectations — projects that meet them tend to advance through the stages efficiently; projects that don’t tend to stall at Stage One.
- Clearly articulate the project scope, objectives, timeline, and capital requirements
- Provide organized, accurate preliminary documentation and financial information
- Demonstrate meaningful sponsor commitment and equity participation
- Identify underlying collateral, assets, or cash flow supporting the opportunity
- Engage with clear communication and timely responsiveness throughout the advisory process
Four stages. One written agreement at each.
Each stage is governed by clear scope, fixed fees, and explicit boundaries. CGC does not solicit investments, negotiate transaction terms, or earn fees contingent on financing outcomes — at any stage of the engagement.
Complimentary Initial Consultation
An exploratory call to review the high-level scope of the project, assess potential institutional fit, and determine whether structured advisory review is appropriate. Non-binding. No commitment required.
Document Review & Advisory Brief
Senior-level institutional review of sponsor-provided materials. CGC prepares an independent advisory brief covering capital structure assessment, documentation quality, institutional fit analysis, risk identification, and a readiness score.
An NCNDA is executed within the authenticated portal before any document exchange. Written advisory brief delivered within 3–5 business days. Fee is flat, non-refundable, and covers advisory time only — not capital placement or any securities activity.
Strategic Advisory Retainer
For projects that advance past Stage Two, CGC provides ongoing advisory support to address readiness gaps — refining financial models, developing institutional documentation, and preparing sponsor materials. Monthly retainer. Scope and fee documented in a separate written consulting agreement. Not contingent on any capital raise.
Consulting Completion Fee
A pre-agreed flat consulting fee applicable upon project close, compensating CGC for the totality of advisory services rendered. Not contingent on, indexed to, or computed as a percentage of capital raised. Fixed. Pre-agreed in writing. Non-negotiable at close.
Designed for some sponsors — and explicitly not for others.
Clarity on fit is part of the discipline. Sponsors who recognize themselves on the right side of the line tend to engage productively; sponsors on the left side are better served elsewhere.
- Experienced sponsors with clearly defined projects and capital objectives
- Sponsors with identifiable collateral, assets, cash flow, or revenue support
- Principals prepared to engage structured diligence and advisory preparation
- Organizations willing to operate within a documented, transparent process
- Early-stage concepts without defined scope or supporting documentation
- Sponsors seeking capital placement, solicitation, or introduction services
- Projects lacking sponsor commitment, collateral, or execution readiness
- Situations where advisory fees are expected to be contingent on outcomes
Start with a complimentary consultation — or skip to Stage Two.
Sponsors who already know what they’re working with often skip the complimentary consultation and move directly to Stage Two: the $500 Advisory Brief. The brief identifies the readiness gaps that would prevent institutional approval and the remediation path to close them — delivered in writing within 3-5 business days.
